Holyoke Crossroads Development Park (HCDP)
A 142-acre development park is located within a quarter mile of the junction of Interstate Route 91 and the Massachusetts Turnpike

HEDIC and Holyoke Gas & Electric Dept. Industrial Land
Ten industrial sites ranging in size from two to 116 acres
are available through the Holyoke Economic Development and Industrial Corporation and the City’s Municipal Utility. Each site

Inventory of Available Industrial Land and Buildings
The Office of Planning and Development maintains a detailed inventory of available industrial land and buildings. The office will help companies find the right development site for their business. A variety of opportunities for small or large development by way of purchase or lease can be found in the City.

Holyoke Mall
Holyoke Mall is Western New England’s largest, most exciting
destination. It offers the most dynamic collection of close to 200 specialty shops, restaurants, and department stores right at the junction of Interstate Route 91 and the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90).
A unique shopping experience includes stores such as Macy’s, Sears, JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Old Navy, Yankee Candle, Christmas Tree Shops, H&M, and a number of newly expanded stores.

Holyoke—Location & Accessibility
As a business location, Holyoke is highly accessible through a network of highways, railways, and airports. Interstate 91 connects the city directly north and south with Vermont, Canada, Hartford, New Haven, and New York City. The Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) provides convenient access east and west to both Boston and Albany. Interstate bus service from Holyoke is available through Peter Pan Bus Lines.
Holyoke is served by the Boston & Main Railroad for north and south-bound traffic and locally by the Pioneer Valley railroad, which switches to a number of other railways. By air, Bradley International Airport is 40 minutes away in northern Connecticut and a number of small commercial airports are located near Holyoke.

Established in 1902, Holyoke Gas & Electric (HG&E) is Holyoke’s locally owned and operated municipal utility that has built a reputation of providing safe, reliable, and low-cost gas electric, steam, and telecommunications services to more than 18,000 industrial, commercial, and residential customers in Holyoke and Southampton. HG&E also owns and operates the Hadley Falls Hydroelectric Dam and the Holyoke Canal System.
